At BlueZoneCarts.com, our mobility carts are reserved and prepared specifically for your booking date. Because availability is limited, all rental reservations are considered final upon payment.
β Standard Cancellation Terms

π Failed Delivery / Access Issues
- The customer is unavailable,
- The delivery location is inaccessible, or
- The customer refuses the unit upon arrival
The reservation is treated as a same-day cancellation and remains fully non-refundable.
π Early Termination After Delivery
Once a rental unit has been delivered, no refunds or prorated credits will be issued, even if the cart is returned early.
β οΈ Weather, Illness, or Unforeseen Events
Cancellations due to weather or personal circumstances do not qualify for refunds. At our discretion, we may offer a 50% credit toward a future booking only if notified more than 48 hours in advance.
We provide both 4-passenger and 6-passenger golf carts with flexible rental terms:
- Daily rentals (starting at $100/day for 4-passenger, $115/day for 6-passenger)
- Weekly rentals (7-14 days) with $10/day discount
- Extended rentals (14-27 days) with $20/day discount
- Monthly rentals (28+ days) with $40/day discount
- Long-term seasonal rentals with special rates

No, golf carts cannot be driven on the beach. This is to:
- Protect the delicate beach ecosystem
- Comply with local environmental regulations
- Prevent salt water damage to the cart
- Ensure your safety and the cart's longevity
Our carts can handle Costa Rica's weather, but please note:
- Light rain is no problem - carts are weather-resistant
- Can be parked in rain without issue
- Avoid deep puddles and flooding (water in undercarriage can cause issues)
- Don't operate in severe weather for safety
Costa Rican law requires you to carry:
- Original driver's license (always)
- Color copy of your passport (recommended at all times)
- Rental agreement (we provide this)
